I bring 14+ years of professional experience, beginning in management consulting and project management, and most recently serving as a senior DEI leader within a global law firm.
Alongside my corporate background, I’ve built and led platforms of my own - speaking publicly, hosting conversations, and developing a visible personal brand. I understand both organisational leadership and external presence.

I’m a coach, strategist and leadership thinker passionate about helping ambitious professionals build careers and lives that feel aligned - not just impressive on paper.
My background spans consulting, leadership development and organisational culture. I understand high-performance environments because I’ve operated in them - and I know what it costs when you’re thriving in one area at the expense of everything else.
That experience shaped my coaching philosophy: that real success is holistic. Your career matters. So does your confidence, your relationships, your energy, and your sense of purpose. I help my clients build all of it - intentionally.
I also believe leadership extends beyond the job title. It’s how you speak, how you’re seen, how you carry yourself, and how confidently you take up space.
